Virat Kohli, the former captain of Team India, is known for his stylish batting and aggression on the field. This aggressive form of Virat is seen continuously in the ongoing Test match between England and India. On the third day of the game, he was seen sledging with English batsman Jonny Bairstow. After this, Kohli celebrated the wicket of Alex Lees on the fourth day of the game and the video went viral on social media.

On the fourth day of the match, Team India scored 245 runs in the second innings and set the target of 378 runs for the hosts. In response, England’s openers scored 107 runs in 22 overs giving an explosive start. Alex Lees completed his half-century by adopting an aggressive attitude. However, after this England lost 3 consecutive wickets and the third wicket came as a run-out of Alex Lees.

In the 24th over of the innings, Ravindra Jadeja’s ball was hit by Alex Lees at short leg. On the other end, Joe Root tried to get a run but this one went into the hands of Mohammed Shami at short leg. Shami delivered a precise throw at the non-striker’s end. When Jadeja caught the ball and hit it to the wicket, Alex Lees ran out without reaching the crease.

After the fall of Alex Lees’ wicket, Virat Kohli was seen running around the field in his familiar style and celebrating the wicket by punching in the air because Lee’s wicket was crucial for the match.
