South Africa’s tour of India in 2022 will kick off this month on September 28. This tour consists of three ODIs and three Twenty20 Internationals. The T20 series ahead of the T20 World Cup is crucial for both the teams. In terms of the Indian team, there is a possibility of using a different lineup for ODIs and T20Is. The BCCI will allow all T20 World Cup squad members to rest during the ODI series.
Three T20Is will be played on September 28, October 2, and 4, and three ODIs will be played on October 6, 9, and 11. The last time India and South Africa met was in June of this year. The series was tied at 2-2.
