After sweeping Sri Lanka 3-0 in the recently concluded T20I series, Team India has started the Test series with a win in Mohali and are currently playing in the second test at Chinnaswamy in Bangalore, In the day-night affair, the Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma entertained the fans inside the stadiums and others across the world, by playing reverse sweep, not once but twice.
Indian captain Rohit Sharma after coming to open for India in the second innings played the reverse scoop against Sri Lanka’s left-arm spinner Lasith Embuldeniya in the second session on Day2, and he played the same shot again in the next over of the same bowler by rolling his wrist and placed in the gap, He got four on both the occasions.

As far as the game is concerned, Team India after taking the lead of 143 in the first innings, thanks to an entertaining 92 from Shreyas Iyer and fifer from Jasprit Bumrah, India are currently placed in a very strong position with India declaring at 303/9 and setting a huge target of 447 runs for Sri Lanka to win and level the series which is already looking impossible for a depleted Sri Lankan side.
In the second Innings, Rohit and Mayank gave team India a very strong start with a 42 run partnership while Virat failed again at Bengaluru, However, Rishabh pant entertained the fans with a 28 ball fifty which is also the fastest by an Indian player in a Test match, while Iyer also scored his second fifty of the match before being dismissed on 67 by Embuldeniya, Shami also entertained by his quick 16 of 8 balls before Rohit Sharma decided to declare and called out Sri Lankan batsman to face some music under the lights with the pink ball.
