Tim Southee bags a stunning last-over Hat-trick against India in the second T20I at the Bay Oval. Tim Southee of New Zealand completed his Hat-trick by dismissing Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda, and Washington Sundar. However, India managed to win by 65 runs.
Suryakumar Yadav scored 22 runs, including 4 fours and 1 six in the 19th over of the match. But in the 20th over, bowled by Tim Southee, Suryakumar could not strike a single ball. India scored only 5 runs off Southee’s final over and lost 3 wickets.
Captain Hardik scored doubles in the first two balls of the 20th over. However, on the third ball of the over, Hardik attempted a six but was caught by James Neesham and got out.

Washington Sundar attempted a six on the fifth ball of the over, but Neesham caught the ball. Tim Southee completed his hat-trick by taking three wickets from three balls bowled. This is his second Hat-trick in an international T20 competition. Southee’s first T20I Hat-trick was against Pakistan.
