When Australia’s batting line failed, only Glenn Maxwell batted well. Maxwell scored 28 runs from 20 balls and hit 3 fours and 1 six; this six was the highlight of the Australian innings.
Maxwell received a standing ovation when he hit Ish Sodhi, who came in to bowl the 12th over, for a 95-meter six with a switch hit. Meanwhile, Ish Sodhi bowled out Glenn Maxwell in the very next over.
