Zimbabwe Cricket has confirmed that they will play a three-match ODI series against India in August. After the home series against Bangladesh and India in August, they will travel to Australia. Zimbabwe will play three ODIs against India from August 18 and the series will conclude on Monday, August 22. All three matches will be held in Harare. The series is part of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League for direct qualification to next year’s World Cup in India.

After the 2022 T20 World Cup, India’s only remaining series in the Super League is against New Zealand in November. “The series against India is part of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League, a 13-team competition for direct qualification to the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 in India,” Zimbabwe Cricket said in a statement.
