GT vs CSK: Watch – Dwayne Bravo, Ravindra Jadeja Get furious After Shivam Dube Drops David Miller’s Catch After he lost sight in Floodlights.
Shivam Dube didn’t attempt a catch of David Miller due to Floodlight. Millar was going all over in Gujarat Titans’ chase of 170 runs against Chennai Super Kings. Millar had previously scored his half-century and was hoping to take the game away from CSK.
It was the 17th over of the game and GT required 50 runs off 22 balls. Dwayne Bravo was bowling the over, Miller tries to hit the ball in the air towards the deep mid-wicket where Shivam Dube was handling it, however, Dube didn’t attempt the catch and lost his sight completely. It left skipper Ravindra Jadeja and DJ Bravo fuming.
CSK courtesy of Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ambati Rayudu posted 169 on the board in the first innings. Gaikwad scored 73 runs off 48 balls and got back to his form with this good knock while Rayudu scored 46 runs and complimented him well. A splendid finish by Jadeja assisted CSK with posting a respectable all-out ready. The best bowler for GT was Alzarri Joseph who was playing his first game of the IPL. He got two wickets for only 35 runs. Rashid Khan, who was captaining the side in the absence of Hardik Pandya likewise bowled well. He didn’t get a wicket but was economical and bowled a splendid nineteenth over as he offered just 6 runs.
GT didn’t have an extraordinary beginning as they lost 4 wickets for 48 runs however at that point Miller was playing a solitary battle. His innings were ending up a difference.
