Indian T20 squad for West Indies series announced. Injured former Indian captain Virat Kohli was not included in the squad. The remarkable thing is that KL Rahul and Kuldeep Yadav are returning from injury. Both are included only if they are fit.
Virat Kohli was left out of the squad due to injury in the T20 series against England. The star, who was a part of two T20 series earlier, could not perform well. He was not considered for the first T20 due to an injury during the match. Sanju Samson and Rahul Tripathi were not selected.
Jasprit Burmah and Yuzvendra Chahal rested while Avesh Khan and Arshadeep Singh was retained. Ravichandra Ashwin also returned to the white ball team after a long gap.
5 T20 matches have been arranged between India and West Indies. The matches are played in West Indies on 29th July, 1st and 2nd August and the next two matches are played in the USA. All matches will start at 8 PM IST.
